Dr. Shilpa Das
Dr. Das believes every smile tells a story and she is dedicated to helping patients feel confident in theirs. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine in 2012 and has proudly served the Greater Tampa Bay Area communities ever since.
In 2021, she opened her private practice, Family Dental at Wesley Chapel, on a foundation of trust, quality, and compassion. The practice provides patient-centered comprehensive care for the whole family in a welcoming and stress-free environment.
Dr. Das makes it her top priority to provide up to date evidence-based practices through a full range of dental services including Invisalign orthodontics and dental implant surgery.
Her commitment to excellence is seen in her focus on continuous improvement through ongoing learning and adopting the latest advancements in dental techniques and technology. She is also an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the West Coast District Dental Associations.
Known for her gentle approach, taking time to listen and explain, patients of all ages feel comfortable like family and confident in receiving the profession’s highest standards of care.
In her personal time, Dr. Das enjoys cooking, gardening and going on long walks with her family: her husband Murali, who is also the practice business director, their two sons Adi & Ani, and their adorable golden retriever, Hammer.
